Acting principally for owner-managed, entrepreneurially driven SME's, both public and private, services include traditional corporate advice on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, takeovers, reverse takeovers, placings and open offers, management buyouts, private equity, strategic alliances, joint ventures and venture capital. Commercial work includes advice on general contract negotiation, international trade, information technology and protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
The team also provides banking services and other finance transactional services, including funds, lending, insolvency, corporate and private client tax, as well as niche immigration, betting & gaming and recruitment services groups.
